DiploChoir

A Cultural Choir for Diplomatic Spouses in Oslo

Thursdays from 15:00 to 16:15 (starting 4 September)

A welcoming, English-speaking choir for the spouses and partners of ambassadors, consuls, and other members of Oslo’s diplomatic community. Whether you're new to singing or have sung for years, DiploChoir offers a joyful way to connect, unwind, and explore music from around the world in a warm, international environment.

We rehearse weekly during the day, focusing on posture, harmony, diction, and healthy vocal technique — all in a relaxed, encouraging atmosphere. No experience needed — just curiosity and a love of music.

🎶 Meet new people, share your voice, and build something beautiful together!

 In each session, we will:

  • Sing uplifting songs and accessible choral arrangements in English (and other languages!).

  • Strengthen your voice and musical confidence at a gentle pace.

  • Connect with a vibrant international community of fellow diplomatic spouses.

  • Share laughter, stories, and a weekly dose of harmony and coffee.

Whether you’re new to singing or just miss being part of something musical, DiploChoir offers a refreshing break from your routine — and a chance to make lasting friendships.

Daniel’s musical repertoire spans everything from pop, tango, and bolero to classical, sacred, and crossover music. He has led choirs, coached musical theatre performers, and worked as both an accompanist and a solo artist. His passion for music is matched only by his love of connecting people through song.
