1. Registration and Commitment

By registering for the Women's Choir, you commit to the full semester of lessons. Registration is confirmed upon payment of the first installment and receipt of the registration form. This commitment ensures that your spot is reserved for the entire term.

2. Schedule

Lessons are held every Thursday from 17:30 to 18:30, starting 4 September 2025 and ending 18 December 2025. Please note, there will be no lesson on 2 October 2025 due to Autumn Holidays.

 

During the second semester, lessons will be held on Thursdays from 17:00-18:30, starting 8 January and ending 20 June 2026.

3. Pricing and Payment First Semester:

The price per session for the first semester will be 290 NOK per session. Current piano students will have a discount.

• Regular Price: 4,350 NOK per semester, split into two payments of 2,175 NOK each.

  • First payment: 2,175 NOK paid by card upon registration.

  • Second payment: 2,175 NOK invoiced and due in October.

• Price for our Piano Students: 3,698 NOK per semester, split into two payments.

  • First payment: 2,175 NOK paid by card upon registration.

  • Second payment: 1,523 NOK invoiced and due in October.​

The price per session for the second semester will be 320 NOK per session. Students will be invoiced on a monthly basis for the second semester.

4. Attendance and Conduct

Regular attendance is expected to ensure consistent progress. Students should arrive on time and be prepared for each session. The studio reserves the right to discontinue a student's participation if there is lack of effort or disruptive behavior.

5. Cancellation and Re-enrollment

Students are automatically enrolled for the second semester unless a cancellation notice is given by 1 December 2025. The price per session for the second semester will be 320 NOK per session, and the schedule will be from 17:00 to 18:30 on Thursdays. Students will be invoiced on a monthly basis for the second semester.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Choir requires a minimum of 6 students enrolled per semester to proceed. If this number is not met, the course will be cancelled, and all paid fees will be refunded in full. Refunds are not provided for individual student cancellations after the start of the semester.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information provided during registration will be used solely for administrative purposes related to the Choir. The studio adheres to all applicable data protection laws to ensure the privacy and security of your information.
