1. Registration and Commitment

Registration becomes valid and effective once the online registration form has been completed and the trial lesson has been paid. The first lesson serves as a trial lesson.

To cancel their registration after the trial, students must email info@oslointernationalpianostudio.com within 5 calendar days after the trial. Verbal notice is not valid. If the student does not cancel their registration, they become enrolled for the whole semester.

2. Schedule

Lessons are held every Thursday from 17:30 to 19:00, starting 20 August and ending 18 December 2026. Please note, there will be no lesson on 1 October 2026 due to Autumn Holidays.

 

During the second semester, lessons will be held on Thursdays from 17:30-19:00, starting 8 January and ending 19 June 2027.

3. Pricing and Payment:

The price will be 320 NOK per session. Current piano students enrolled on a weekly basis will have a 20% discount. Students will be invoiced with equal monthly installments. Students registering after the start of the semester will be invoiced for the remaining lessons only.​

4. Attendance and Conduct

Regular attendance is expected to ensure consistent progress. Students should arrive on time and be prepared for each session. The studio reserves the right to discontinue a student's participation if there is lack of effort or disruptive behavior.

5. Cancellation and Re-enrollment

Students are automatically enrolled for the second semester unless a cancellation notice is given by 1 December 2026. Upon registration, the student enters into a continuing agreement with Oslo International Piano Studio (OIPS). This contract is automatically renewed each academic year (August–June) unless cancelled in writing by the student. Students wishing to discontinue must notify OIPS in writing by June 1. Failure to do so results in automatic enrollment for the next academic year.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Choir requires a minimum of 6 students enrolled per semester to proceed. If this number is not met, the course will be cancelled, and all paid fees will be refunded in full. Refunds are not provided for individual student cancellations after the start of the semester.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information provided during registration will be used solely for administrative purposes related to the Choir. The studio adheres to all applicable data protection laws to ensure the privacy and security of your information.
