TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUPER MOZARTS/ MUSIC THEORY COURSE (for children born between 2011/2012 and 2008/10) AT
OSLO INTERNATIONAL PIANO STUDIO
Registration for the next academic course happens before 10 June every year. However, it is possible to register later as long as there are spots available. Registration will be valid and effective once the online registration form has been filled up and sent. The student will have a guaranteed spot for the entire academic year 2018/19.

http://www.oslointernationalpianostudio.com/calendar It shows the days when the studio operates and the days when it is closed due to Norwegian school holidays. There will be no lessons when the studio is closed. The number of lessons taken per academic year is based on the studio calendar.
The first semester goes from week 36 to week 05. The second semester goes from week 06 to week 25.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

The price for Music activities / Music Theory is 640 kr per month from September to June. There is a discount for students enrolled in individual piano lessons. In their case, the monthly price is 516.
Holidays and bank holidays have been taken into account when calculating the course fee. Electronic invoices will be sent via email to the address provided during registration. Delayed payments will be sent to inkasso (debt collection agency), and students will lose their right to attend their lessons.
All bank transfers must include KID (client identification number stated in the invoice).
4. TRIAL LESSON, BINDING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The first class is a trial lesson for new students. Students can choose to cancel their registration to the course by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days after the first lesson. If no written notification is sent, the student commits to at least a full semester of classes. There will be no refunds for pauses or sudden interruptions for whatever reason. If a student wants to discontinue the lessons after the first semester, a written notification must be sent to email@example.com before 10 December. Otherwise, the student will be invoiced for the second semester.
Each student is expected to attend his or her weekly slot on time.
If a teacher cannot attend a lesson due to illness, a concert or any other reason, the teacher and the students will try to reschedule that lesson or a substitute teacher will be provided. If none of these options were possible, the students will be refunded for the missed lesson.
6. INJURIES / LOSS OF ASSETS
Oslo International Piano Studio is not responsible for any injury sustained on the premises or during the concerts/events, nor are we responsible for loss of assets. The parent/guardian assumes full responsibility for the well-being of the child and he/she is always welcome to watch the classes if he/she wishes to do so.
7. CODE OF CONDUCT
The direction of OIPS reserves the right to terminate this agreement for the following reasons:
- Repeated absence without valid reason or repeated absence without notification.
- Disciplinary reasons
